Josephine Rae (Schofer) Tobias of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, born in Springfield, Vermont, raised in Moline, Illinois, High School class of 1948, passed away on June 18, 2024 at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Josephine Schofer, sister Elizabeth "Bette" (Schofer) Olm, husband Paul B. Tobias and niece, Gail Coken.Rae is survived by Brother Richard C. Schofer (Karna), Brother-in-law Lee E. Olm, Steps, Ian (Jennifer) Tobias, Julie (Dan) Canzinotti, grands Brandy Friend, Terri Friend, Jordyn Tobias and great grands Charles Pickett and Kamilla Ramon, sister-in-law Joan Coken, special nephews Carl Coken and Anthony (Mindee) Olm and dear friends.Rae was a 75 plus year active member of Kappa Delta Sorority and many other organizations.Committal Service will be held on July 2, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery, 740 N.
