For many years, she proudly owned and operated Uniforms and Career Apparel. After retirement, Charlotte cared for others in a hospice environment.First and foremost, she loved God, her family, and K-9 friend Bella. Charlotte was a devoted member to Edgewood Baptist Church in Rock Island, Ill. She loved to travel especially to tropical locations
