Kistler, 87, of Buffalo Prairie, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday March 19, 2025 at Lutheran Living, Muscatine, Iowa.Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday April 2, 2025 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Reynolds, Illinois. Visitation will be Tuesday April 1, 2025 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be in Buffalo Prairie Cemetery. Memorials may be left to Buffalo Prairie Cemetery Association.Janet was born on May 13, 1937 in Drury Township, the daughter of Walter and Laura (Dungan) Feldman. She attended a one room school house in Wrayville before moving to rural Illinois City. Janet later graduated from Reynolds High School in 1954 and Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in 1957. She married Wendell Kistler on November 22, 1957 in Victoria, Illinois. He preceded her in death on July 26, 2018.Janet had been employed as a nurse all her adult life, she was al
